    I'm blown away! Well explained, good instructions to refer back to. I got the annual access as a Christmas gift and started baking bread! Both the wheat bread and the spelt seed bread turned out perfectly on the first try, just as shown in the videos and instructions! I've already made the spelt bread several times now; the whole family loves it! I still need to work on producing steam, but it's getting better. I'm already looking forward to the sourdough starters!
