I'm blown away! Well explained, good instructions to refer back to. I received the annual access for Christmas and got into bread baking! Both the wheat bread and the spelt seed bread turned out perfectly on the first try, just as shown in the videos and instructions! I've already made the spelt bread several times now; the whole family loves it! I still need to work on producing steam, but it's getting better.
